Sykes Family Farms offers a great venue for parties and various other gatherings year round. However to maximize the fun our seasonal rental runs at the same time of our maze season. Check out our on and off season packages and prices below.
Seasonal Rentals
Runs: 10/1/22 – 10/30/22
The best time of the year for a birthday party or gathering is during our seasonal rental. During this time our Maze event is active and can be a great compliment to any get-together.
Choose Your Party Barn Package
Our Party Barn space is perfect for birthdays of all ages! Enjoy a private area for all of your guests right in the middle of the fun!
Party Package 1: Up to 50 guests for -$1,000.00 +tax AVAILABLE 10/1/22-10/30/22 ONLY
What’s Included:
- Private barn space for 3 hours; includes set up and clean up time
- 8 picnic tables
- Birthday honoree FREE and a FREE face Painting
- Includes unlimited: maze, hayrides, playgrounds, animals, cow milking contest, duck races, tractor train and jump pad
- Tables for food, cake, gifts, etc. will be provided
Party Packages 2: Up to 25 Guest for-$500.00 +tax AVAILABLE 10/1/22-10/30/22 ONLY
What’s Included:
- Private barn space for 3 hours; includes set up and clean up time
- 4 picnic tables
- Birthday honoree FREE and a FREE face Painting
- Includes unlimited: maze, hayrides, playgrounds, animals, cow milking contest, duck races, tractor train and jump pad
- Tables for food, cake, gifts, etc. will be provided

Guidelines and Tips
You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to decorate. You are welcome to bring balloons, table cloths, streamers, etc. Please, no piñatas. Please make sure to promptly remove all decorations and place all waste in the designated garbage cans when your party time ends.
Outside food and beverages are permitted. However, we do offer lots of yummy snacks and drinks.
You can participate in activities around the farm before, during and after your party barn reservation. We recommend doing the activities before or after your three-hour time so they don’t take away from your reserved party barn time.
In order to reserve your Party Barn time slot, we require a $100 non refundable deposit be made at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the Wednesday before your party.

Off Season Rentals

Did you know that we rent out our facility during our off season for private events?!?
Our barns are available for Birthday parties, retirements parties, weddings, work events and just about any other party you can think of. Our barns can accommodate up to 300 people to sit at one time. We have a large Covered barn, commercial refrigerators, tube slides for the kids and plenty of area to walk around to socialize! Additionally, we require you to rent a porta potty and also purchase a liability insurance policy from theeventhelper.com
