BARN RENTALS
Are you interested in having a party during our crop maze event in October? This would include you own private pole barn so your party guest can enjoy food, cake and icecream with plenty of space of your own to enjoy your party guests!
If you’d like to book our party barn shoot us an email with your request to eventmanager@sycofarms.com with your preferred date and our party host will get this party coordinated for you!
Choose Your Party Barn Package
Our Party Barn space is perfect for birthdays of all ages! Enjoy a private area for all of your guests right in the middle of the fun!
Party Package 1: Up to 50 guests for -$1,000.00 +tax AVAILABLE 10/5/24-10/27/24 ONLY
What’s Included:
- Private barn space for 3 hours; includes set up and clean up time
- 8 picnic tables
- Birthday honoree FREE and a FREE face Painting
- Includes unlimited: maze, hayrides, playgrounds, animals, cow milking contest, duck races, tractor train and jump pad
- Tables for food, cake, gifts, etc. will be provided
Party Packages 2: Up to 25 Guest for-$500.00 +tax AVAILABLE 10/5/24-10/27/24 ONLY
What’s Included:
- Private barn space for 3 hours; includes set up and clean up time
- 4 picnic tables
- Birthday honoree FREE and a FREE face Painting
- Includes unlimited: maze, hayrides, playgrounds, animals, cow milking contest, duck races, tractor train and jump pad
- Tables for food, cake, gifts, etc. will be provided

Guidelines and Tips
You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to decorate. You are welcome to bring balloons, table cloths, streamers, etc. Please, no piñatas. Please make sure to promptly remove all decorations and place all waste in the designated garbage cans when your party time ends.
Outside food and beverages are permitted. However, we do offer lots of yummy snacks and drinks.
You can participate in activities around the farm before, during and after your party barn reservation. We recommend doing the activities before or after your three-hour time so they don’t take away from your reserved party barn time.
In order to reserve your Party Barn time slot, we require a $100 non refundable deposit be made at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the Wednesday before your party.
